Submissions to a data collection can be exported in an Excel file or as PDFs.

Download Excel

1. Go to the data table in the Data tab,

2. click on the Additional Settings Button in the data table and
   

   Image Modified

3. select Download Excel.

Please note that the name of the data collection must not contain the following characters for the export to work: \ / * [ ] : ?.

The download will include the current selection of data entries in the data table (inc. filtered and search results).

Download PDF

You can download single submissions as PDF by opening the submission and clicking the PDF icon.

To download a filtered selection or all submissions from a data collection;

1. Go to the data table in the Data tab,

2. click on the Additional Settings Button in the data table and
   

   Image Modified

3. select Download PDF.

Export of Dashboard items

Descriptive analytics in form of dashboard items can be exported as an PNG file.

1. Go to the Dashboard tab in a data collection,

2. click on the Additional Settings Button at the dashboard item you wish to export and
   

   Image Modified

3. select Download as PNG.
