On this page, you will find instructions on how to archive submissions. |
Archiving any a data submissions submission means that it will not no longer be visible and will also not be used for further calculation of results and indicators. However, the data is not “permanently” deleted but and is still stored on in the data basedatabase.
Please note that archieving archiving is possible for all submissions that are not referred to in some other data collections. This means if you try to archieve or delete a submission in another data collection. Archiving or deleting an entry that is referenced in another data collection elsewhere will lead to an error message.

To archive an already submitted data entry,
click Click on the submission in the Data tab and this will open up the data entry form.
Click on the Archive Button and the submission will be archived.

Restoring an “Archived” Entry
If an entry has been archived by accident or needs to be restored for any reason you can restore them by using the filter option.
For this click on the filter button and select “Show Advanced Filters”.
Then click on “Status”, a drop-down menu will appear with two options: “Archived” and “Approved”. Select “Archived”. The entries in the data table will now be filtered to show only archived responses.
Click on the corresponding archived entry in the data table, and the data entry form will open up. In the data entry form, in the bottom left-hand corner, select the restore button to “un-archive” the submission.
