Import questions from another template

If you have already created data collection templates and want to reuse some of the existing questions in a new data collection, you can import those questions to your new template.

Follow these steps:

1. When clicking “New” to add a new question to the template, select “Import”.
   
   

   Open

   

2. Select the template that has the question/s you want to reuse from drop down list .
   
   

   Open

   

3. Tick the question/s you want to import to your new template.
   
   

4. Click “Import” and you are done.
