How to edit an already previously submitted entries in a data setcollection:
Click on In the submission in the Data tab of the relevant data collection, locate and then the entry that you have selected and then click on the submission you wish to edit. Once you click on the submission, the data entry mask for the selected entry will open up,.
Once Now that the data entry mask has opened up again , you can now change any of the information that has been was previously entered in the submission.
Click the Save Button to resubmit the entry.
The entry has now been updated and will show the data that you have enteredupdates to the submission will now be visible in the Data view.
Additional functions
There are several other functions that can help you when you are editing or reviewing entriessubmissions in a data collection.
Up and down buttons: These let allow you to scroll through entries one by one.
Info: This shows you more detailed information about an entry.
Comments: This shows you comments left by other people concerning a particular entry.
History: This lets you review previous editions.
PDF: This exports the entry as a PDF for you.

Comment button
Here you can see any comments that have been left by others about the entry you are seeing at the momentcurrently being viewed. This will help you make the correct assist you with making edits if an entry that you have submitted for approval has been was reviewed by a data manager and sent back to you with a comment for edits or any clarificationclarifications. You can add your own comment and make changes to the entry before clicking on save again. The the data manager will be notified that a change has been made and is able to review it and can either approve the entry it or send it back to you for additional edits, if necessary.

Additionally, you can see the versions to this data submissionall versions of a submitted entry, by clicking on the History Button marked in yellow. Here you can see how often, when and by whom the submission has been edited and you can see compare the different versions to see the changes made changes.
