New Features

For admin users:

• We have added the possibility to bulk import new users via an Excel sheet template.

• You can now test your data collection form in the template view with a new Preview feature.

• For new data collection templates that you create, you can choose whether to make it available for others to use (shared template).

Improvements

For admin users:

• To make dashboard configuration more user friendly, you can now use predefined templates for setting up common aggregations. The JSON editor is still available as well.

• When creating and editing a data collection form, you can move also the section elements within the form.

• When a question in your data collection form has a reference (for example to structural data, such as Districts) and a submission in that reference data is updated, you now have the option to decide whether to always display the latest approved version of the submissions or keep showing the version that was current at the time of saving the question.

Fixes

• Administration: Pagination in the Files section under Administration is now working.

• Data Collections: When you remove questions from your data collection template, the Data view now updates correctly and does not show the columns for the removed questions.

• Permission profiles: Conflicts between directly assigned permission profiles and inherited group permissions have been fixed. Both cases are now taken into account when applying permissions.
