After creating a new template, you will get to the Template Editor.

  1. Hover over a section title (e.g. Details) to add or delete elements for this section. Via the Up and Down Arrows you can move sections and their questions. A section represents a tab in the template.

  2. To add a new section, click on the Add Button.

  3. Check your configurations of the template by clicking on Preview Button. Be aware that when displaying the Preview the tamplate is saved.

Adding sections to the template

By default, the template consists of one section, called “Details”. You can change the name of the section, delete the section or add additional sections in the template. Sections organise questions into separate tabs in the data entry form. For instance, it might be relevant to configure general questions in the first tab (i.e. the one that is shown when adding new submissions). By adding more sections, more tabs appear and questions can be organised into these different sections. Adding additonal sections in the template is optional. Without adding additional sections, all questions are set up in the default section.
