Within each data collection, you have the ability to:

• Add submissions

• Import submissions

• Edit submissions

• Syncronize submissions

• Archive submissions

Data Views

The MIS also provides different options to display and manage your data. When configurating a data collection (→ Layout) you can implement the following Data Views.

Furthermore, you can set up filters to each Data View to filter the collected data to your needs. Additionally, it is always possible to add new data.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is a graphical user interface that visualizes data from data collection(s). It can be configurated to the specific needs of a project. Click here on how to create and edit a dashboard.

Data

In the Data tab, all of the submitted data is displayed in a table. The settings can be adjusted in the Data Collection Settings (→ Table).

Documents

The Documents tab shows all the documents that were uploaded in a data collection.

Gallery

The Gallery displays all the pictures that were uploaded in a data collection.
