Results Model & Indicators

Overview

You can access the the results model and indicator section through the navigation on the left.

In this section you will see five tabs:

  • Results Dashboard

  • Results Model

  • Indicator List

  • Indicator Dashboard

  • Documents

Results Dashboard

The results dashboard provides an overview of all the different levels and their indicators. In the image below there are two levels “Outcome” and “Output”. In this example, there is one outcome and four different outputs. The outcome has a list of three indicators marked in the big yellow box. The outputs below will have a number of indicators as well, depending on your project set-up. With the little arrows on the right (marked in the boxes) you can open and collapse the boxes for each outcome or output for an easier overview.

You can hover over the individual indicators to see the progress of their targets. This works when targets have been defined and there has been a status update in the past. Otherwise you will see a “0” in them by default.

Aside from hovering over the indicator, you can also click on an indicator to be redirected to a detailed view of the indicator in the “Indicator dashboard” tab.

You can also add or edit indicators through the buttons.

 

Results Model

In this view you can create your results model in a visual way for a better overview. By default this page will be empty.

In order to create one simply click on the edit button on the top right. The little *+” button on the left gives you a three options:

  • Create Result: this allows you create a result.

  • Create Result Level: this allows you to add a results level such as “impact”, “module objectives etc.

  • Create Rectangle: this allows you to insert a rectangle shape into the model.

Once you have created a result you can move it across the different results levels via drag and drop.

Indicator List

The indicator list tab shows you all the different indicators as well as their target and current values.

 

Indicator Dashboard

In the indicator dashboard you will see the indicators of your results model in more detail. You can see the indicator you are looking at marked by the yellow box, “M1” in this case. Here you can also click and select a different indicator.

The image below shows one of the outcome indicators and the four targets associated with it. You can see the baseline value, latest value (from the last status update) and the target value. In addition, you can also see the progress of the target value over time.

 

Documents

Here you can upload PDFs or other documents that are related to your results model and indicators.
