On this page, you will find instructions on how to set filters to your data.

First of all, to set filters to your data, you need to configure your Custom Filters in the settings of the data collection.

When you have added filters,

  1. click on the Filter Button,

  2. select multiple filters and a multiple properties and

  3. click Apply.

On the dashboards, the aggregated data of the data collection will be filtered according to your filter property.

When switching to any other tab in the data collection (e.g. Data, Documents, etc.), the filter will stay in place and will only display the submissions according to your filter property.

There is also the possiblity to have multiple combinations with the filters (e.g. Year = 2020 and Country = Afghanistan).
