On this page you will find information on how to synchronize submissions from multiple data collections into one.

First of all you need the enable the Synchronization in the setting of the target data collection where the data should be synchronized to. Click here for further instructions.

  1. Go to the Synchronisation tab of the target data collection and click on the Add Button.

  2. In the Synchronisation Settings you need to select the source data collection that should be synchronised to the target data collection under Source Data Collection. Note that the source can be also from another workspace than the one that you are in. For this, use the Source Workspace selection first.

  3. In a next step you need to map the data collection fields from the target data collection with the source data collection via the dropdowns.

  4. If you want to synchronise one specific value for all submission of the source data collection, enable the feature Static for one data field and enter the value manually. This is helpful for example when you want to synchronise data from different countries into one data collection and you want to add the country name.

  5. When the mapping is finished, click on the Synchronise Button in the top right corner.

Be aware that the Target Data Collection needs to have the status “active”.
