Dashboards

Dashboards are a visual way to represent the data that been collected in the selected data collection. In this case the data collection “Enrollments” markd in red in the navigation.

Dashboard help you analyse your data faster and more accessible than by using the data table.

Dashboard Filters

Dashboard Filters are the same as the filters used in the data table view. The availability of these depends on which have been configured for your data collection. On this dashboard you can filter by “Occupational Fields”, “School” and “Province”.

As an example the filter “Agriculture” has been selected by first clicking on the filter button next to the “Add Submission” button, then the filter was selected from the dropdown menu and has been applied to the dashboard. You can see the active filters for the dashboard on the top left.

They can be reset by either clicking on the “x” next to the filter or by clicking on the reset button in the filter menu.

If you compare the two images you can see that the dashboard widgets and the numbers and charts displayed by them have adjusted accordingly to the filter as now only the data that is related to the occupational field “Agriculture” is displayed by them.
