Indicator details

On this page you will find instructions on how to set up the Indicator details widget.

The Indicator details dashboard item displays the following information for a single indicator:

  • Optional, manually entered title

  • Last update date

  • Indicator name

  • For each target:

    • Target name

    • Baseline value

    • Current value

    • Target value

    • Achievement percentage

  • The status of the indicator reflected by the color of the progress bar:

    • Green → On Track, Fulfilled

    • Amber → Deviation

    • Red → Off Track

  • Link to the indicator’s dashboard view

Configuration

  1. Go to the dashboard edit mode, click Add, select the Indicator details widget and Apply.

  2. Go to the widget settings.

  3. First select a result model and then the indicator that you want to display on the dashboard (the list of indicators will be filtered based on the selected result model).

If the indicator has more than one target you can choose to display only one target in the widget or toggle to Show all targets. If you want to display all targets, then you should size the widget accordingly when layoutting the dashboard. If you will show only one target, then the widget will have a ‘Show all targets' button which will open a pop-up with all of the targets. See below for examples of each of these cases.

  4. If you want to add a title to the widget, like ‘Indicator One’ in the example screenshot below, go to the Layout tab. You can also customize and look of the widget here.

  5. Finally, click Apply, size the widget as needed, Save the dashboard and you’re done!
