Approval process for submissions

By default, when you have no appoval workflow in place, all new submissions are directly saved as ‘approved’. However, in case there is a need to first review and approve submitted data, you can do this by using a workflow.

CONNECT offers a few different workflow options, below we explain the steps for a standard workflow where users with Data Approver role review new submissions by Data Reporters and either approve them or send them back to the reporter for modifications.
